All-or-Nothing portfolio buying is a great investment opportunity. In addition to substantial discounts, buyers of these portfolios enjoy a number of other potential benefits, including spreading risk, increasing returns, and creating ongoing cash flow. Portfolio buying usually involves buying properties across multiple states and multiple cities within a given state. A portfolio mindset is important when buying multiple foreclosure properties in an all-or-nothing bulk package. Risk is spread across the entire portfolio with losses on any one property offset by gains on other properties.
