Exterior Features

Stone and aluminum siding home. Stone in front will need some repair. Yard is nice and large. There are several bushes to the right of the home separating the front yard from the neighbor's. Chain link fence in back separates property line on the left and to the back of the home. No soffits or eaves, gutters in place over entry way. Roof will need some rehab, however, there were no major signs of water damage inside. Wood frame windows are mostly intact. Only one cracked window in the back. Driveway leading to an attached, one car garage is cracked but still in relatively good condition.

Interior Features

Living room has hardwood floors and the walls are painted white. The floors will need to be re-stained. Nice wood trim and doors are present. Kitchen is in fair condition. Sink, counter, and cabinets are intact. One car garage is adjacent to the kitchen. Bathroom is around the corner and although the sink, toilet, and tub are intact this room could use a bit of paint and rehab to bring it up to speed. Stairs lead down from this hallway down into a nice large basement. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom #1 has clouds painted on the wall with ample closet space and Bedroom #2 (Master) has wood floors and 2 closets. Both rooms are in fair condition. Mechanicals: WH and new furnace in place and appear to function just fine. Ductwork is aluminum and in very good condition. Plumbing is pvc, galvanized, and copper and looks to function just fine. Wiring is updated romex - all electrical fixtures seem to be in place.
