Outside of this unit has Vinyl Siding, Newer Roof, and good Gutters. The Deck on the front of the unit is Rotten. Back of the unit has access from Basement with a Deck Overlooking the backyard in good condition. Large Yard with Big Old Barn out back. Barn is full of garbage.
Interior Features
The GAS is TURNED ON. This unit is a One Level single family dwelling on a Full Basement. This unit is very Spacious and overcome with MOLD. On the Main Floor of this unit are Four Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Very Large Living Room with Wood Burning Fireplace, patio access with a nice view, however the walls are Outdated Paneling, and the Shag Carpet smells of Mold. Bedroom One has no floor, and the walls are sanded drywall. Bedroom Two has ruined carpet, damaged walls, and Built-in Shelves. Bedroom Three has ruined carpets, Outdated Paneling, and Lots of Shelves. Bedroom Four has ruined carpets, the walls have damage, and the Panel Box. Large Hall Closet on main floor. Bathroom One has Bathtub, Double Sink, Toilet, the walls and ceilings are fine, however the carpets are ruined and the cabinets are missing a few drawers. Bathroom Two has outdated panel walls, ruined carpets, toliet, sink, and tub (no picture of tub). All of the Ceilings on the Main Floor appear to be in Good Condition. Metal Spiral Stair Case leads to the Full Basement. At the bottom of the stairs is the Kitchen, there is Water Damage to this unit. All of the cabinets, counters, and other things are probably junk. The stove does work. THE GAS IS ON IN THIS UNIT. The Basement has a Furnace, Water Heater, Washer and Dryer, Stove, Two Stand Up Freezers, and One Refrigerator. There are Four additional rooms in the Basement, one has a Wood Burning Fireplace. All of these rooms are MOLD AND HAVE WATER DAMAGE. Appears to have been FLOODED. There is also a Third Bathroom it is complete, however it is full of mold.
