the siding is in poor shape, and parts of the roof on the house that have shingles appear to need replacing as they are curling and coming off. The outside door that leads to the basement the lock has been broken and there is access to get into the house through it. Lock needs to be replaced. the shed is coming off the foundation and is caving in. the roof leaks and appears to be a total loss. there are broken and missing doors and windows in the shed.
mold spots, water damage in the ceilings, floor in bathroom- the toliet looks like it is caving in due to rotten floor and walls in the house. Graffitti on the walls in the kitchen as well. very dirty throughout the house with a horrible smell from the water damage and mold.
